1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. However tracking numbers are provided via email for all orders for you to keep up to date with the status of your parcel.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Omia Kids Clo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. International Shipping & Customs (If Applicable)
