1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as undergarments or personalised items) may not be eligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@omiakidsclo.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
