Returns & Refunds Policy

At Omia Kids Clo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at omiakidsclo1@outlook.com


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first with any concerns. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. All disputes are handled in accordance with Stripe’s dispute and fraud prevention policies.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
